Female Centred Coaching to address gender specific issues women face in their day to day lives. This is for women who take their own personal development and potential seriously and want to take time out per personal discovery and reflection. To help with career change and redundancy, big life changes, health and well-being, work/life balance and confidence.

This is for any woman who:

  • Wants life coaching from a female specialist Coach and Trainer who not only has the academic but practical knowledge and understanding to work positively with women.
  • Is ready to put time aside for herself to focus on her own goals, dreams and aspirations of what she wants from life and get clearer about where she is going and how to get there.
  • Recognises that she may be giving plenty to others but not enough to herself and wishes to alter the balance more in her favour and be kind to herself.
  • Wants a change of career or has recently been made redundant and would like to explore options for a more satisfying and creative career that fits with a healthy work/life balance.

Life coaching helps them get clear about who they are, what they stand for and where they want to go in life and what can help them get there. There are clearly specific gender differences in the way that men and women achieve their potential in terms of the obstacles they face and their own values and beliefs. That is why female centred coaching is so enlightening because our Coaches are all experts at working with women from a wide range of backgrounds.

What is included?

  • I always prefer to see my clients face to face either at my office, therapy room, your place of work/home or walking and talking(see below). However, I also understand people are busy and practically, telephone, email or Skype can sometimes be more realistic. You have to decide which is best for you.
  • One to one life coaching at times to fit around your work/home life at a place convenient to you including home visits.
  • Walk and Talk Therapy and Coaching is offered to all my clients as an alternative to normal coaching. It takes place in inspiring green spaces either close to your home/place of work or further afield for longer walking and coaching. The idea being is that you de-stress and focus much more and it helps you think creatively!
  • Complete a personal confidence and work/life balance profile.
  • Weekly or fortnightly sessions and follow up support.
  • Personal development training, assertiveness and confidence building skills.
  • Healthy lifestyles and relationships.
