Intermediate Meditation Courses.

Courses are for 4 weeks running throughout the year. Fridays 4.00-5.30pm in Worcester.

An experiential course blending meditation and mindful living techniques with life coaching

Meditation Practice Group - Worcestershire

Meets Fortnightly Thursdays 7 to 8pm. Cost £6.25 per session

For those who have completed the beginers course or 1 to 1 sessions and wish to return to meditation. Join a friendly group with like minded people.
