Mandi Bishop, the Founder of Work and Life Balance is a very experienced Life Coach, Mindfulness Meditation teacher and Facilitator of well-being training.  Her experience spans as a Health Trainer and Community Development and Engagement within the NHS so she understands the health economy.

Mandi has been the regional trainer for the British School of Meditation and continues to be an associate trainer.  She has an understanding of stressful environments within the workplace and she is a personal example of how mindfulness can transform personal health and well-being.
